Cancellation Policy
Seamless and transparent experience for all KDIPL users. Review our policies on subscription cancellation, refunds & data retention.
1. Subscription Cancellation by User
- You may cancel your subscription anytime via dashboard or support team.
- Cancellation must be done 48 hours before next billing cycle.
- Your plan remains active until current billing cycle ends.
2. Refunds
- Monthly Plans: No partial or unused period refunds.
- Annual Plans: Refund only if cancelled within 7 days of purchase.
- No refunds for setup fees or activated add-ons.
3. Cancellation by KDIPL
KDIPL may terminate your account without notice if:
- Terms & Conditions are violated.
- Fraudulent activity detected.
- Payments not received on time.
4. Data Retention After Cancellation
- Your data is stored for 30 days after cancellation.
- You can request a data download from support within 30 days.
- All data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
